What to make next?

So I have yarn a plenty lying around the apartment at the moment. I can now say I have happily mastered the Lalylala dolls and the crochet cowboy boots from my last post but now what? There are a few babies on the way so I will continue to pop out dolls and booties but it would be great to find something else not too challenging. I think my biggest learning to date has been that I work best with US crochet terms and any UK crochet terms confuse the heck out of me!!

This awesome little guy was a recent find on Pinterest and WUUUUU actaullly links to the instructions/pattern to make him!

I bought this pattern from the Velvet Acorn on Etsy to make for a friend's toddler. I attempted it once, failed and then put the pattern aside.....Maybe I should pull that one out next?

Yeeehaw Baby Cowboy Crochet Boots

So with friends, cousins and work colleagues popping out babies faster than I can create gifts for them I've decided to make SMALLER baby gifts that I can whip up a bit quicker to keep up with demand.
I happened across a fabulous youtube tutorial for these boots from Happy Berry Crochet and have had great success with them so far (now that my stitch count matches and both boots are eventually the same size!)
I can't wait to make some more and also to finish these off with cute trim and cowboy looking stars etc!
Based on how clear Laura's videos and written instructions are I will be doing lots and lots more of her patterns!!

yeeeeeeeehaw!!!!!!!!!!!!
