I found out yesterday I am off to Sydney with work next week. I am VERY excited about this! I think some holiday inspired crafting is certainly called for this weekend and what better craft to make than a crochet luggage tag from Meredith over at One Sheepish Girl. I can't wait to make mine this weekend! I have to admit that I have a severe case of blog envy looking thorugh Meredith's blog. Every picture is so well lit and consistently pretty it gives me a lot to aspire to. It is nice to see a fellow crafter share their craft journey on their blog.

A bit from the homeland... A fantastic eatery right in the centre of Dublin City overlooking the famous Ha'Penny Bridge on the River Liffey: The Winding Stair Restaurant and Bookshop
They have just launched their brand new look website and I can't wait till I am home next to eat in the great restaurant again. The atmosphere is friendly and vibrant and the staff are very proffessional and knowledgeable in what they do which makes for a fantastic dining experience!

"THE Winding Stair Bookshop & CafĂ© became a famous Dublin landmark in the 1970s and 1980s. Named after the Yeats poem, and in honour of its winding staircase, it is perfectly located, overlooking the river Liffey, with an iconic view of the Ha’penny bridge. As a popular meeting place for writers, musicians and artists, it was a well known hub for debate and creativity with many poems written, novels penned and movies shot within its walls.
The food is good, old-fashioned home cooking, with produce sourced from artisans within the island. The beer list focuses on local and international micro breweries with an emphasis on good, food-matched beers and ales. The wine list is extensive and also aims to showcase some of the new and emerging stellar boutique wine makers from the new and old worlds.
We aim to be a restaurant devoid of bells and whistles, with food cooked by chefs devoid of ego and served by warm, friendly professionals with a passion for their business."For those of you in Dublin or visiting Dublin soon make sure you eat there at least once! You won't be dissappointed.
Eeee cute stuff! I adore the hedgehogs & scalloped walls, so dreamy!
